Napoli striker Victor Ocimen climbed into the crowd to apologize to a young woman after inadvertently hitting her with a ball during his warm-up against Spezia.
But when the striker tried to return to the pitch to rejoin his team-mates, fans surrounded the alert goalscorer, desperate to get a selfie with him.
Footage which emerged on Sunday shows Osimhen climbing into the seats towards the young fan, before giving her a hearty hug.
As he returned to continue his warm-up, the Nigerian fought his way out of the crowd, with footage showing fans holding the striker’s hand.
An opportunistic supporter leaned over to speak to Osimen as he climbed over the billboard.

Osimhen has been in excellent scoring form so far this season, netting 14 league goals in 16 appearances.
Ahead of Napoli’s clash against Spezia on Sunday, the Italian giants held a 13-point lead at the Serie A summit.
Osichen has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United in the summer, with Erik ten Hag’s side keen to sign a striker following his acrimonious exit from Old Trafford last year.
According to reports, the Red Devils will have to pay at least £90 million to sign the Napoli striker.
Osimen joined Napoli from Lille in 2020 for £62.4m, scoring 43 goals in 82 appearances in all competitions since then.
His contract with Luciano Spalletti’s side expires in 2025 and talks over a new deal are believed to be yet to take place.
